- PhD degree in literary studies (expertise in popular literature will be an asset);
- didactic experience acquired at the university, related to teaching literary and cultural studies;
- academic publications in the field of literary and cultural studies (especially in the journals specified on the ministerial list);
- confirmed participation in scientific projects and/or grants;

- Curriculum Vitae;
- Summary of professional accomplishments specifying the candidate's research fields;
- List of publications;
- Copy of the documents conferring titles/degrees;
- Written consent for personal data processing for the purpose of the recruitment procedure.
- Declaration that the University of Bielsko-Biala will be the candidate’s exclusive place of employment at the university if the candidate wins the competition;
