- MA degree in psychology;
- didactic experience acquired at the univeristy;
- academic publications in the field of psychology (especially in the journals specified on the ministerial list);
- pursued or completed doctoral studies;
- advanced stage of work on the doctoral dissertation;
- confirmed participation in scientific projects and/or grants;
- additional studies and qualifications (coaching, mentoring);

- Curriculum Vitae;
- Summary of professional accomplishments specifying the candidate's research fields;
- List of publications;
- Copy of the documents conferring titles/degrees;
- Written consent for personal data processing for the purpose of the recruitment procedure.
- Declaration that the University of Bielsko-Biala will be the candidate’s exclusive place of employment at the university if the candidate wins the competition;
- Declaration along with the content of the information clause.
